So, she was the one who gave direction and support that helped Superwatchman become what it is today. However, Issacs believe that a poor watch purchase is where it all began.

Nicholas Isaacs claims that the error of purchasing the “wrong” watch inspired him to develop a remedy. An idea that would aid in preventing future customers from going through what he experienced. He explains, “I wanted to get myself a lovely watch to celebrate my 25th birthday. I entered a reputable watch shop. Then, the salesman did an excellent job of persuading me that the watch was a wise purchase.

He says that at first, he adored the watch. However, the watch’s crown abruptly slipped off after approximately a year. Apparently, that is when his sentiments about the timepiece drastically changed. He says that although he sent the watch in for repair, he had plans to sell it before the watch had even been fixed.

Besides, he got another blow when he went to sell the watch. It was a bad surprise for him to learn that the watch had already lost more than 30% of its worth merely by losing the crown. He reveals that his first watch was a complete failure because things didn’t turn out the way he had intended. However, Nicholas Isaacs and Igor Radovanovic hope that developing Superwatchman.com will save other watch aficionados from similar unpleasant situations.
